What is Artlounge?

Artlounge is an Australian, online, contemporary design studio. We are dedicated to the creation of visually compelling modern design, which we print onto 'boutique style' mounted canvas. In short, we design and manufacture contemporary canvas prints.

Why is Artlounge art different from other canvas art?

The possibilities with Artlounge art are endless. Colours can be altered to suit specific decorating requirements and we can even custom design a collection of canvas prints especially for your store. And best of all, it's stylish, original and affordable.

What is the life expectancy of Artlounge canvas prints?

All Artlounge canvas art is printed with top quality premium canvas and eco-solvent UV inks, which will resist fading caused by sunlight, for decades. Although not guaranteed, our canvas manufacturer, Frederix, says that they can last for up to 100 years.

Does Artlounge sell directly to the public?

Yes we do. Although our business is primarily geared for trade we do sell directly to the public. You can order online any time using our secure credit card merchant facility. Alternatively, you can place an order by calling us on 1300 303 212

What are your trading terms?

All retail orders must be paid for in advance before any canvas prints are shipped from our premises.

For those that apply for a trade account with us:

  • 1st and 2nd orders are on a pro-forma basis. 
  • 3rd orders are entitled to our credit accounts (upon approval), which are strictly payable 7 days from End Of Month (EOM).

What is a Wholesale Art Partner and how do I become one?

An Accredited Wholesale Art Partner is any business who has been approved to trade with Artlounge and buy our product at a wholesale rate. 

In order to become a Wholesale Art Partner you will need to supply us with your trade details.  If you would like to start an account you will need to fill out an Artlounge Wholesale Art Partner Application Form.

Upon approval, we will grant you access to our website, so you can login, view trade prices and place orders online. You will also be able to request a credit account with us after you've been approved.

How do I place an order?

Ordering with Artlounge is easy. You can:

  • Order online via the secure shopping cart
     
  • Order online via an email order. When you go through the checkout process, just select 'Email Order' from the drop-down menu.  We'll call to arrange payment over the phone, direct debit or cheque. 
     
  • Fax us your order on an Artlounge order form (02) 6971 8446

  • Send us an email detailing your order
     
  • Call us and order over the phone 1300 303 212

How much is freight?

Artlounge charges a flat $15 per canvas print for freight anywhere within Australia. This includes both freight and packaging & handling.

For larger wholesale orders, we may suggest other freight alternatives and costings. This is worked out on a project-by-project basis.

Price quoted includes GST.

What is the turnaround time for a proof of my canvas art order?

We will email you a proof within 3 working days for most orders. If you're order doesn't involve any colour changes or unusual cropping, we tend to not even send a proof.  Customised images may take longer depending on requirements.

If you specifically want a proof of your order before we manufacture your canvas prints, please contact us or inform us when ordering. 

What is the turnaround time for delivery of my order?

In-house turnaround time is 10-12 business days after sign-off has been given or your payment has been made, (depending on your account status). You can expect delivery shortly after, (depending on where the delivery is to be made).

Where does Artlounge deliver to?

We ship all over Australia and to New Zealand upon special request. If you are not in these countries though, please contact us and we will quote you on shipping to your country. 

Please note that New Zealand orders are not eligible for the flat fee $15 freight and shipping costs will need to be quoted based on volume and destination. 

How can I contact you?

What if I'm not sure of the colours?

If you're unsure of how the colours will reproduce on canvas, we advise you to purchase a small sample swatch of your desired canvas art print/s. We can arrange sample swatches for just $15 and use Australia Post's Express Post Service to send them to you promptly.  

Do you colour match?

Yes, by all means we do. If you have a paint colour swatch or fabric swatch you'd like to send us, we'll do our very best to match it as close as we can to suit your decor. Colour matching is an additional $15 per design and free for our Wholesale Art Partners.

Is your website's shopping cart secure?

Artlounge Australia is very concerned about your security on the web. This site uses the NAB Transact system to process orders. NAB Transact provides security and privacy. Your credit card details go directly to our bank, NAB, and are not recorded by Artlounge. This minimises the disclosure of your information and provides a layer of confidentiality to the transaction.  

NAB Transact only allows customers with browsers supporting SSL encryption technology to access the payment facility.

This facilitates secure transmission of transaction details. You can verify that your session is secure by locating the lock icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

What is your returns policy?

In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:

  • The product proves faulty within 7 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
  • The product does not match its description as provided when sold
  • The product received is not the product ordered
  • The product has been damaged in transit

 

Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.

Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.

Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.

 

Artlounge offers a Quality Craftsmanship Guarantee with every canvas print sold. If you're canvas print arrives and is not up to scratch, or damaged by our courier, return it to us within 7 days and we'll replace it completely free of charge.

We do not guarantee the reproduction of colours. If you're concerned about colours, please order a small sample swatch printed on the actual canvas for just $15. Contact us for more information on ordering swatches.
